Superintendent's Desk
Dear all,
As the Superintendent of Shri Vivekanand Nursing Home Trust, I welcome all of you.
It gives me an immense pleasure to express my gratitude towards Shri Vivekanand Nursing Home Trust. I have been working here for twenty eight years. I joined this institute of Ayurved in 1993 as an Assi.Professor in the department of Ras Shastra as well as took RMO charge of hospital.
From 2006 to 2011,I worked as a Vice Principal of the institute. Along with this, I was working at university level. I have worked for Maharashtra University of Health Science, Nashik. From 2007 to 2012,worked as BOS (Board of Studies) member and exam committee member.
Again,I got opportunity in 2012 to 2018 as BOS member and as a faculty member for Paramedical Board of Ayurved in Maharashtra University of Health Science,Nashik. From 2018 onwards, working as ‘Paraclinical Board Chairman’ and ‘Academic council Member’. In 2018, I took charge for the post of Trust’s Superintendent and working till date for this post.
As a superintendent , I always try to solve the problems of the trust. Mainly three colleges are runned by Shri Vivekanand Nursing Home Trust in this campus, viz.Ayurved College,Pharmacy College and Nursing College. The trust was established in year 1973 with the help of Dr.Baburao Bapuji Tanpure sugar factory. The trust started Ayurved College on 14th of sept.1991, with intake capacity of 50 students.
In the year of 2000-01,Central Council of Indian Medicine and MUHS, Nashik granted permission for the intake of 60 students. The trust and college never looked back and the work of our institute continues uninterruptedly. The college has reached this height by overcoming many obstacles.
I thanks to trusties and management personalities for giving me opportunity to work for the post trust’s superintendent. I am also thankful to Principal and Vice Principal of Ayurved College for cooperating me in my work. I also thanks to faculties and non teaching staff of Ayurved,Pharmacy and Nursing college.
